bji app does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match your verified account identity. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be returned and the deposit account will be flagged for review.
Payment Methods Supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Cards, Mobile Wallets — all in PKR with no hidden conversion charges for standard account holders.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all accounts. If your deposit method is no longer active — for example, a JazzCash number that has been deregistered — you will need to contact support and provide supporting documentation before an alternative method can be approved.
Standard withdrawal processing time is same-day for verified accounts during regular business hours. VIP Silver and above receive priority queue placement, which reduces processing time further. VIP Diamond members have instant processing available for pre-approved withdrawal limits agreed with their account manager.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling period. These limits vary by VIP tier — higher tiers receive significantly higher withdrawal caps. Accounts without completed KYC verification cannot process withdrawals until verification is finalised.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement is met. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be staked before it converts to withdrawable real money. Not all bet types contribute equally toward wagering requirements — sports bets and specific casino game categories may contribute at different rates, as detailed in each promotion's terms.
The following activities will result in bonus funds being voided and any associated winnings removed:

All casino game results are final once confirmed by the system. The bji app VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity across all sections of the platform — sports betting, casino, and live casino all count toward tier progress.
VIP tier benefits — including higher withdrawal limits, priority processing, PKR cashback, and personal account management — are applied automatically when a tier is reached and remain active for as long as the account maintains the required activity level. Tier reviews are conducted on a rolling basis, and accounts that fall significantly below the activity threshold for their current tier may be moved to a lower tier during the next review cycle.
VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, shared, or sold. Diamond tier accounts with custom limit arrangements must agree the specific terms of those arrangements directly with their assigned account manager, and those custom terms form part of this agreement once confirmed in writing.

bji app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. In cases where a breach of these Terms is suspected, the account may be placed under review with immediate effect — deposits may be temporarily frozen while an investigation is underway.
If your account is closed due to a Terms breach, any real-money balance remaining after deducting bonus funds, voided winnings, and administrative costs may be returned to you via the registered payment method, subject to the outcome of the investigation. Bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity are not returned under any circumstances.
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact bji app support directly. Account closure requests are processed within two business days. Any pending withdrawal will be processed before closure is finalised.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bji app's total liability to any account holder for any claim arising from their use of the platform — including losses from placed bets, casino game outcomes, or account restrictions — is limited to the total amount deposited by that account holder in the 30 days preceding the claim.
bji app is not liable for losses caused by: your failure to secure your login credentials; internet connection failures on your end; decisions you make based on inaccurate third-party sports information; or betting activity that exceeds the responsible gaming limits you set or could have set.
bji app may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered account holders will be notified via the email address or contact number on their account at least 7 days before the new Terms take effect.
